Warren County is one of NJ's most rural and lowest-density counties — 360 square miles along the Delaware River and Pennsylvania border, with substantial Highlands ridge elevation across the northern half. The county anchors three distinct markets: Phillipsburg's Delaware River industrial city, Hackettstown's agricultural/college-town center, and the rural agricultural townships across most of the county footprint.

Phillipsburg is the largest population center — a former Delaware River industrial city with substantial pre-1940 housing stock, downtown commercial along Main Street and South Main, and the Phillipsburg High School and Stewart Memorial Park anchoring the residential neighborhoods. Most of our Phillipsburg work is architectural-shingle replacement on the 1900s–1950s wood-frame stock plus commercial flat-roof on the downtown core. Hackettstown is the county's central market — Centenary University, the agricultural corridor along Route 46, and a mix of 1850s historic and 1960s–1990s suburban residential.

Northern Warren (Blairstown, Hardwick, Knowlton) sits at higher Highlands elevation where snow accumulation runs comparable to Sussex (28–36 inches in heavy winters). Our standard install spec for these elevations: extended ice-and-water shield to 36+ inches past the wall plane, snow-rated 60-mil-class architectural shingles minimum, snow guards over entry doors, and sister-rafter structural assessment on pre-1970 farmhouse framing. Wooded-lot debris management (twice-yearly valley clearing) is preventive on every Warren County roof. Each township has its own permit office; we coordinate directly.
