Camden County is one of NJ's densest Philadelphia-border counties — 510,000 residents across 230 square miles, with housing stock ranging from 1700s Quaker-era landmarks in Haddonfield through 1960s–1980s Cherry Hill suburban sprawl to 1990s–2010s townhome and condo developments in Voorhees and Marlton. Each submarket needs a different roofing approach.

Cherry Hill is the largest market — 70,000 residents across the township with a housing stock dominated by 1960s–1980s Colonials, Splits, and ranches on quarter-acre to half-acre lots. Most of our Cherry Hill work is second-cycle architectural-shingle replacement on the original 1990s 25-year three-tab that's now firmly into tear-off territory. The Route 70 and Route 38 commercial corridors add steady flat-roof work on the strip retail and office inventory hitting end of life on 1980s–1990s EPDM.

Haddonfield is one of NJ's most architecturally significant historic districts — Quaker-era 1700s landmarks along Kings Highway and Tanner Street, plus substantial 1880s–1920s Victorian and Colonial Revival housing. The Haddonfield Historic Preservation Commission has authority over visible exterior changes throughout the borough. We've worked with the HPC on in-kind slate and cedar restoration projects. Voorhees and Marlton add high-volume suburban work; Collingswood and Audubon have Camden-adjacent older housing stock; Gloucester Township has the largest Vietnamese-American community in South Jersey with concentrated roofing demand around Blackwood. Each town has its own permit office; we coordinate directly.
